  • Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited, a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA FRN 742313), which we use to carry out identity and credit checks from time to time. We do this to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and assess your creditworthiness.   

  • Feefo.com,which manages product and service reviews for our website. 

  • Other third parties, where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or property, or the rights or property of others. 


Credit Reference and Affordability Checks

All prices are quoted in pounds (£) sterling. Prices are guaranteed for 7 days only, or for the period stated in advertising - and can be subject to amendment after the date specified.  In addition, the maximum quantity per household is as specified within our marketing and relates to the total amount of orders allowable per household across all marketing and not specifically to the one advert. All offers are subject to stock availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

All orders are subject to acceptance and status – confirmation that an order has been placed does not constitute final acceptance of an order, which takes place when your card is charged. 

Returns Policy

Unless specifically excluded, for example in the case of a personalised product, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 Days of Receipt – for more information, visit our Help page.  This is over and above your statutory rights of 14-days cancellation.
