This unique first of a kind sold out at the Mint in 2 days
But you still have the chance to add one to your collection because of the quick thinking at CPM...
This coin was first presented to us at the start of the year and we knew from that first glimpse that it would sell out, so we placed an order for it straight away.
It was the star of the show at the recent American Numismatic Association World Money Fair in Chicago, with collectors lining up at the Royal Canadian Mint's stand just to see it.
Sadly for them, they couldn't buy one because it was issued on 4 August and we received the sold-out notice on 6 August, fortunately our allocation was secure. Now you have the chance to add one to your collection.
And here's why you should:
1. It’s a Royal Canadian Mint first
This fine silver coin is uniquely shaped as a beautiful maple leaf, yet remains legal tender. It’s a truly impressive achievement in minting.
2. It’s 5 years in the making
The Mint has been working on this project for over 5 years. The dies used for this coin required an exacting minting process, including the use of specialised equipment to shape the dies.
3. It sold out in 2 days
When a coin sells out so quickly at the Mint, you should always look to add one to your collection if you have the chance.
There will be a lot of disappointed collectors right now who were unable to secure one. How many of these coins will be appearing on auction sites or changing hands at coin fairs far above their retail price?
Despite selling out, it's available for just £150.
Judging by the speed of the sell-out at the Mint, these won’t last long, so please don't delay your order.
Your coin will be supplied in a presentation case almost as attractive and unusual as the coin itself. You will receive a special red maple leaf shaped wooden case completely free of charge.
